Prior to joining the Nebraska Cooperative Fish and Wildlife Research Unit in the fall of 2016, she worked on various research projects, including a habitat use study of Steller's Jays with the University of Wisconsin, elk reintroduction and management projects with both the University of Missouri and University of Minnesota, and a climate change study focusing on plant productivity and physiology with North Dakota State University. Jenny's research interests are largely focused on understanding and quantifying effects of land-use change on reproductive outcomes, behavior, and space use among wildlife, through the use of novel statistical applications. In her free time, she enjoys marathon running, swimming, and playing with her dogs, Nelly and Miko.
