Hi, I'm Lindsay Grim.

This past summer, I was happy to be a part of the Partners in Pollution Prevention Program at UNL. I worked as an Industrial Assessment team intern that consisted of one other intern and I. The team would go on site visits to various businesses around the Lincoln and Omaha area. During these site visits, we would identify pollution prevention opportunities to help save water, electricity, and resources. We then wrote reports for these companies containing suggestions about how to prevent pollution while saving their business money. This was a valuable experience because we were able to gain professional experience in the business world and were able to do encourage businesses to prevent pollution.
