Hi, my name is Molly Weiss. In the summer of 2010 I interned with the Henry Doorly Zoo in Omaha, Nebraska.  It was such a good experience!  I got to work with animals such as giraffes, otters, zebras, blue monkeys, and African wild dogs.  I also got to work with Okapi which are an endangered species from the Congo in Africa.  I would recommend this internship to all animal lovers and especially to anyone who is considering working in a zoo setting.  You really get a feel for the field and how it will be in a real job type situation.
