About us

The Hydrological information system research group at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln is made up of faculty members, graduate students, and postdoctoral research associates. We are part of the School of Natural Resources and Department of Civil Engineering at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Our main research interest is estimation of evapotranspiration using remote sensing data with specific emphasis on hydrologic modeling and prediction of land surface components in the climate system to understand variability.
