Experts from around the world will explore the challenge of growing more food for a rapidly increasing population with limited water supplies at the second international Water for Food conference May 2-5 in Lincoln, Neb. The University of Nebraska and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation are hosting the 2010 conference – Water for Food: Growing More with Less – at Lincoln's Cornhusker Marriott Hotel. It is designed to foster international dialogue on key issues related to the use of water for agriculture, and to provide the opportunity to learn from speakers with extensive experience and perspectives from diverse cultures.
