Number 10 - Agate Springs National Monument
Agate Springs National Monument in Sioux County in known throughout the world for its abundant early Miocene fossils. the two best known fossil quarries, Carnegie Hill and University Hill, are in limy sandstones deposited in the channel of an ancient river.
