Geology Day, Pioneers Park, Lincoln, Nebraska.

CSD participated in the Lincoln Gem and Mineral Club's (LGMC) annual Geology Day at the Pioneer Park Nature Center on Sunday, February 16, 2003. In addition to displays and demonstrations furnished by LGMC, CSD showed many of it publications and provided rock, fossil, and gemstone identification for over 150 visitors. About 50 of the visitors were scouts working toward their merit badges in geology.
