46th Annual Lincoln Gem and Mineral Club Show

The 46th annual show of the Lincoln Gem and Mineral Club was held March 27-28, 2004, at the Pershing Municipal Auditorium, located in downtown Lincoln, Nebraska.

The Conservation and Survey Division (CSD), the natural resource survey component of the School of Natural Resources, hosted an information and publication booth.  In addition to the booth, CSD had displays on Nebraska's invertebrate fossils and gemstones.  Bob Diffendal, CSD research geologist emeritus, presented a program about the geologic features described in the Lewis and Clark Journals.  The show was directed by Roger Pabian, CSD research geologist emeritus.
