Forms (all in PDF)
- Declaring an Option: Fisheries and Wildlife Option Declaration Form. Use this form to declare or change your option within the F&W major. Want to look at current options--click here to view the options.
- Internships: Internship Form. The F&W major requires all students to complete an internship or independent research project. We have relationships with many state and Federal agencies, private companies, and other facilities that provide internship opportunities. Students work with their advisor to develop an internship that will make them more marketable as a graduate of our program.
