Abstract: This project will identify and evaluate groundwater resources in the Minnesota portion of the Red River Valley.  This information will be used to evaluate the quality of groundwater in the basin and impacts of the options on the aquatic environment and on any threatened and endangered species associated with that aquatic environment.  Since a significant portion of the Red River Valley lies within the state of Minnesota, this information is necessary to achieve a comprehensive understanding of these issues basin-wide.
