Inventory of Wind Cave Biota:  Microbial Diversity

Abstract: The purpose of this agreement is to extend Dr. Moore's microbial studies to the tour routes in Wind Cave, primarily to determine what impact that the tours are having on that area of Wind Cave.  The goals of this agreement are:

1) Determine the diversity of the microbial community in Wind Cave in relation to geological gradients/features

2)  Determine if tours are having impacts on the microbial community in Wind Cave
