Many SNR students participate in an internship experience while at UNL. An internship is typically a temporary position with an emphasis on real world or on-the-job training. They are often paid and can even lead into permanent positions. An internship can help students get experience in their field, build a network of contacts, and determine if they have an interest in a particular field and/or career path.

Many of our SNR undergraduate students gain college credit for their internship experience. If this is something you are interested in doing, please contact your faculty advisor or the advising coordinator.
