Forms are Transitioning to Employee Handbook

The SNR Employee Information area is combining the Forms section with the Employee Handbook section.

There is a "Forms" radiobutton that can be used to filter the Handbook to show the entries that have Forms associated with them.

Some individual forms have been combined in a single Handbook section.
