My Story
I am a Nebraska native, having lived in Lincoln for as long as I can remember. I graduated from UNL with a BS majoring in Environmental Studies in 2021, only to continue straight into graduate studies. I hope to get a Masters in Natural Resources, focusing on Hydrology, so I can better serve the communities of Nebraska. I have an interest in water sciences, as well as environmental justice. I hope to learn how to build an action plan to empower marginalized communities so they can fix systemic problems that have been plaguing their communities. I picked this degree path because of the looming threat climate change has on my community and I want to be part of the solution.
