Climate Science

We study the interactions between the atmosphere and natural and agricultural ecosystems, and examine how that interaction influences our water resources, food production and society. We study the climate record to understand the natural variability of our own state’s weather, how global drivers affect us living in Nebraska, the climate crossroads of the United States, and how our climate future might affect our livelihoods.
